You simply submit an application, and once approved. We setup a page for you on our website where your users or clients can submit their documents.

Once submitted they will be given a REFERENCE CODE that both you and your client can use to follow up on the status of the documents submitted for verification.

With two factor authentication, once you sign up for our service, all your clients can self verify using our servers in just seconds.

We setup self service options for clients to get worked on with out any human intervention. So you should simply get a link to our server from your agent. 

Fill out the form presented to you and submit all requested documents. Please note that some of these services are paid services depending on what you are verifying.

In case you lose your reference code, note that a duplicate is sent to your email when you submit the documents and complete the transaction. 

If you mis-typed your email, contact our support team with your transaction code and phone number.
